Tenants – Our aim is to not only find the perfect property for you, but to ensure your move is as stress free as possible.
We will endeavour to conduct viewings at a time that is convenient for you including evenings and Saturdays. We ensure all of our properties are clean and fully operational for the day that you move in and we take care of things such as utilities and council tax being transferred in to your name. If the property is being managed by ourselves we will be on hand throughout the tenancy to take care of any problems that may arise. All of our properties have up-to-date landlord gas safety certificates supplied by Corgi/Gas Safe approved gas engineers.
Remember that we only do lettings so you can rest assured that we will offer you a great service at all times. If, in the unlikely event you have any problems once you have moved in, our team of specialists are on hand to resolve any issues you may have with the minimum of disruption to you.
Throughout the duration of your tenancy we hold your bond securely in our client account. As you may be aware the law changed on April 6th 2007. Any landlord or agent now holding a bond has to register that bond with one of three deposit protection schemes – full details supplied on application of tenancy.
Pay No VAT On Our Tenant Fees
- Administration and Reference and Tenancy Agreement Fee: £240.00 inc VAT per person
- Guarantor Fee: £120.00 inc VAT (if required)
- Tenancy renewal Fee: £75.00 inc VAT
- Deposit: deposit equal to 6 weeks rent
- Inventory Check-out fee (at the end of tenancy) up to £150.00 inc VAT (depending on property size)
